Flexible internship

These seven trainees are among the more than 35 young men and women who are completing or have already completed the IRM course financed by us. Even though the focus is on installation, repairs and
maintenance, the nine-month internship enables them to gain experience in a wide range of manual skills. In this workshop, for example, the apprentices were introduced to new crafts. In addition to working on various cutting and bending machines, they also learned how to weld. They made the steel bench and the grill grid (photo) themselves. The leather and fabric bags are also their own creations, from designing the pattern to sewing with industrial machines.

The apprentices have a very good relationship amongst themselves and support and motivate each other.
